We have used a lovely 10oz textured denim for our aprons, which is robust enough for use, but retains a soft handle.
Continuous apron ties made from a good quality strong-yet-soft cotton webbing that are simply attached, and easily removeable, through the eyelets.
There are plenty of pockets in the bottom half, keeping a clean line on the top-section bib.
Wash at 30 degrees, remove ties before washing. Don’t tumble.
